The Contract Collective started with a simple observation: talented entrepreneurs were building serious businesses without contracts that actually reflected how they work.
We set out to change that, creating legally sound, thoughtfully crafted agreements that give service-based professionals a real foundation to build from.
We started in the beauty industry, and we're expanding into additional industries soon!
Alisha brings over 20 years of legal experience and also runs an LLC formation business. When she's not drafting contracts, you'll find her with her three kids, tending her garden, or planning her next trip to Paris.
Kara is a marketing multihyphenate with a background in social media, e-commerce, and content creation. Off the clock, she's probably reading a good book, testing a new recipe, or out on a walk.
